What you will need: Large deep muffin tray, greaseproof paper/baking parchment, sieve, 2 bowls, wooden spoon, a pot and a knife.
For the Sweet Rolls:
180g / 1 Cup Butter (Room Temperature)
175g / ¾ Cup White Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
250g / 2 Cups Self-Raising Flour
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
125ml / ½ Cup Milk
For the Frosting:
200g / 1 Cup Cream Cheese
55g / ¼ Cup Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
125g / 1 Cup Icing/Confectioners Sugar
For the Cinnamon Syrup:
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons White Caster Sugar
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Preparing the Sweet Rolls:
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. To prepare the muffin tray, cut small squares of greaseproof paper and stuff them into each muffin well – create folds and crinkles and then smooth them out to help create a rustic, uneven finish to the cakes.
In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and maple syrup together until pale and creamy. Add the eggs one and a time and mix well.
Sift in the self-raising flour and cinnamon then add the milk and stir gently until a smooth batter forms.
Fill the prepared muffin tray with the batter, filling each well nearly to the top and place in the pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown (a skewer inserted should come out clean when cooked thoroughly). Set aside and allow to cool completely while you prepare the syrup and frosting.
Making the Frosting:
Add the cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix gently until combined.
Slowly sift in the icing/confectioners sugar and stir gently. Allow to chill in the fridge before using.
Making the Cinnamon Syrup:
In a pan on a medium-high heat melt the butter, sugar and cinnamon together until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside for use later.
Making the Sweet Rolls:
Unwrap the cakes from the paper and careful slice the puffy top off the cake. Turn the cake upside down so that the cut top is now the bottom.
Cut a small hole in the top of the cake that’s about 1cm deep and 1cm across. Pour a little of the cinnamon syrup into the hole.
Drizzle the frosting over the top of the cake and serve.

Invariably you get to a point when you’re climbing a mountain off set paths where you can’t progress forward any longer because the grade is too steep. If you hit that point, simply face backwards and start jumping. Just point your butt toward the peak and continually hit the jump button. It also helps to move slightly from side-to-side as you try this. You can often snag a rock along the way and shimmy up a mountain without having to use a set path. Facing forward at a 45-degree angle can sometimes help as well.
if you learn “Turn Ethereal” Dragonshout, you can jump off of cliffs, tall buildings ect without the fear of dying or getting injured. particularly handy when feeling lazy and want to just jump down mountains instead of walking.
can be pretty fun, especially when you jump of the tower in high hrothgar as well, its just really fun :)
The Stones of Barenziah are an initially-scattered collection of twenty-four gemstones found inSkyrim. It looks like a gemstone. Prior to appraisal, each Stone of Barenziah is labeled as “Unusual Gem”. Once the first stone is found, there will be a miscellaneous objective that activates and indicates that the next step is appraisal. to get them appraised just go to vex in the thieves guild in Riften.
once appraised you get a quest called no stone unturned where you have to collect 24 of them. now you could go around and collect them all in their own locations, or you could half you time but doing the following *note* you will need the slow time shout
1. once you find a stone of barenziah where ever it may be, use the slow time shout
2. mash the interaction button ( the A button on xbox)
3. this should let you pick up more than 1 stone at a time, usually lets you pick up 2 and sometimes 3 of them, thus halfing your search for them
this is a good quest to as the reward for collecting all of the stones is The Crown of Barenziah and Vex gives you the “Prowler’s Profit” ability which greatly increases the chance of finding multiple precious gems in chests, burial urns, corpses etc. Usually, one of these containers can yield about 2-4 gems of any type.
so there you have it. have fun and always save your game beforehand as it can be tricky to make it work.
theres a farm in the rift that cultivates nirnroot called sarethi farm. its particularity hand when you take the quest for Ingun Black-Briar, where you have to collect 20 of them. the farm usually has 8 nirnroot per harvest but they regrow over time as surprisingly most of the nirnroot do despite the fact they are supposed to be impossible to re-grow.
